None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit cards as a result of shopping with us. In fact, due to our secure socket layer (SSL) server, shopping with us is much safer than using your credit card at a regular store or restaurant. Furthermore, you can rest assured that the information you give us is private. We do not sell, rent or share information of our customers.

Pricing Policy

Electricscooter.us.com maintains an aggressive pricing policy and we keep our overheads low and pass the savings to you. We closely monitor other retailers on an ongoing basis to maintain our competitive pricing.Electricscooter.us.com strives to be open and honest, so we will never raise our prices to set up an artificial discount.

We pride ourselves in offering a fast, efficient, friendly and very secure shopping experience, with high quality, innovative products at fair prices.

Taxation

The total price of any order will include applicable state sales taxes only. All other taxes that may be applicable are the sole responsibility of and shall be paid by the customer.

General Ordering Policy

By submitting your order, you are undertaking to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal data for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your personal data onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your personal data for any other purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email, primarily to confirm your payment method and the items ordered. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver goods to customers as soon as possible. In stock items will usually be dispatched next working day once we have processed the order. If your item is non-stock or out-of-stock, we will always contact customers with the option of an alterative item or to cancel the order.

We cant guarantee delivery time. Standard delivery can be at anytime of the day. If you are usually out at work then we would suggest you having the goods delivered to your work address.

Working days mean just that, they do not include Saturdays, Sundays or statutory holidays. So if we dispatch an item on Friday, the first working day for delivery service would be next Monday the earliest.

Undelivered Items: If we have dispatched goods to customer and our courier has been unable to deliver the goods to reach our customer due to no one being available to sign for them, the goods will be returned to the depot. We would make every effort to contact customers requesting them to contact their local depot to re-arrange delivery. Usually, a card would be put through customer’s door for them to contact the depot.

However, if customer does not respond to any of these requests, then the goods will be returned to us. Returning goods to us and re-dispatching goods to customer would incur additional delivery charges. Customers would be required to bear the additional costs so incurred.

Assembly, Testing & Technical Support

Minor adjustment of gears and brakes may be required. To ensure safe operation of your e-bike, an inspection by a qualified cycle mechanic should be carried out prior to riding

Guarantee

All e-bikes are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, full guarantee information is provided with each e-bike and you are urged to read and understand the terms. If you undertake any unauthorized repair work to your e-bike, you may invalidate the guarantee.

The trademarks, used and displayed on this site, are registered and unregistered trademarks of the suppliers and manufacturers of products offered for sale on this site. Nothing contained within this site should be considered as granting any right to use any trademarks displayed on the site, without the prior written permission of the trademark owner(s).

Errors and Mistakes Handling Policy

While we strive to provide an error-free website, we cannot guarantee that all contents herein are 100% accurate and/or complete, including prices, product information, product specifications and product compatibility. As such, we reserve the right to correct errors in places as they are discovered, revoke any stated offers and otherwise correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
